ASTE 2010 International Conference, January 19-22, 2011
Exhibiting, Advertising, Sponsorship and Commercial Workshop Information
The Association for Science Teacher Education's goal is to improve science
teacher education and preparation. ASTE is compose of over 800 members
from academic institution across the entire United States as well as Australia,
Canada, Great Britain, Italy, and Japan. Approximately 20 percent of our membership are
students pursuing advance degrees in science education. The resources that
ASTE provides to these students as well as the entire science education
community is made possible through corporate and academic sponsors. ASTE is a
501(c)3 organization - donations to which are tax deductible to the fullest
extent permitted by law.

The cost for an exhibitor table
and registration for one representative is $650. An additional representative
may be registered for an additional $100. Full access to all conference
events is included. A skirted table (approx. 3ft x 6 ft.) set up in
a high traffic area is provided. Please contact Eugene Wagner if you also
need an electrical outlet. Exhibitor set up and display starts on Wednesday,
January 19th at 3pm and
ends Saturday at 5pm. Please note
that many conference attendees will be checking into the conference on Wednesday
from 4-8pm near
the Exhibitor display area. Packages should arrive no sooner than January 17th and sent postage paid to:

Commercial Workshops

Commercial workshops are scheduled for 2 hour
blocks on Wednesday January 19th, the day before the conference
concurrent sessions program begins. The cost is for a workshop is $700 and
includes full access to all conference events.
If you choose to present a workshop in
addition to exhibiting, you will receive a discount of $100.

Currently, ASTE is looking for sponsorship for the Thursday Happy
Hour Welcoming Reception, Keynote General Sessions, and the Saturday Awards
