Texas Tech is starting a mostly-online PhD in C&I with a specialization in science education. All courses are online except that students will come to Lubbock for two week in July 2013, 2014 and 2015 and attend NSTA (2013), ASTE (2014) and NARST (2015) national conferences as a cohort.
Classes start Fall 2012. Completed applications will be reviewed starting May 1, 2012.
