ASTE Outstanding Paper 2020 Awards Deadline is March 1st

The ASTE Awards Committee is accepting nominations for the Awards IV and V– the outstanding paper in each category presented at our 2020 ASTE conference in San Antonio, TX. ASTE members (including graduate students) are invited to submit an electronic copy of a manuscript by following the directions available at
Award IV – Innovation in Teaching Science Teachers
Award V – Implications of Research for Educational Practice

New for 2020: We are excited to announce a new graduate student-only level for these awards. Graduate student-only levels of these awards are now available for graduate-student first authors. Submission for this level of Award IV or V must be accompanied by a letter from any faculty mentor who is an author on the paper. Awardees will receive conference registration for the 2021 ASTE meeting in Salt Lake City. Submissions may only be considered for one level of the award. Please see the website for more details.
All submissions must be identifiable as a presentation given at the 2020 ASTE conference and closely resemble the paper distributed at the conference.  Submissions for both Award IV and V are due March 1st and must comply with the submission guidelines (e.g. page limits, formatting, etc.). Please see for more information regarding submission guidelines and requirements.
