Dear [authorname],
It is our pleasure to inform you that your proposal #[proposalID]: [proposalTitle]
All proposals were peer-reviewed using a standard rubric based on the submission criteria with a final decision determined by the appropriate Thread Coordinator. All available reviewer comments and rubric ratings are provided below. We hope you find the reviewers’ comments helpful as you prepare for your presentation.
As the ASTE Annual Conference has been moved to a virtual format, please complete the two-question survey to indicate how and/or if you are willing to still present at the conference: https://forms.gle/
Should you need to withdraw your presentation at the last minute, please inform one of the Conference Program Team members (programchair@theaste.org) so we can make an erratum to the program. NOTE: If you will be presenting a paper as part of a Traditional Paper Set or a Themed Paper Set, you MUST have your paper available for dissemination during your session.
As of now we have begun the process of drafting the program. A link to the program draft will be sent to the first author later this fall. At that time, you will know your time, date, and mode of your presentation. Email is our primary means of communication; therefore, it is important for John Rhea (des@theaste.org), our Director of Electronic Services, to have your correct email address.
Congratulations on the acceptance of your proposal. We look forward to seeing you online for the first virtual ASTE conference! The conference will provide exciting opportunities for discussing the latest research, making professional connections, and fostering friendships.
Sincerely,
Brooke A. Whitworth
