Dear [authorname],

It is our pleasure to inform you that your proposal #[proposalID]: [proposalTitle], has been accepted as [delivery] [proposalformat] in the [thread] thread for the [confyear] Association for Science Teacher Education Conference in [location]!

All proposals were peer-reviewed using a standard rubric based on the submission criteria with a final decision determined by the appropriate Thread Coordinators. All available reviewer comments and rubric ratings are provided below. We hope you find the reviewers’ comments helpful as you prepare for your presentation. If your format or thread was changed and you do not want to present in that format or thread, please email me (programchair@theaste.org) as soon as possible.

As a reminder, if you will be presenting a paper as part of a Traditional Paper Set or a Themed Paper Set, you MUST have your paper available for dissemination during your session.

If you need to change your presentation format from in-person to virtual please fill out this form by November 15th.

Should you need to withdraw your presentation after November 15th, please inform me (programchair@theaste.org) so we can make an erratum to the program.

A link to the full program draft will be sent to the first author later this fall. At that time, you will know the time, date, and mode of your presentation. Email is our primary means of communication; therefore, it is important for John Rhea (des@theaste.org), our Director of Electronic Services, to have your correct email address. If it has changed, please email him as soon as possible to have it changed.

Congratulations on the acceptance of your proposal. We look forward to seeing you in-person or online at the ASTE conference! The conference will provide exciting opportunities for discussing the latest research, making professional connections, and fostering friendships.

Sincerely,

Kelly Feille
Conference Program Chair
