As in previous years, the SASTE 2024 meeting will be hybrid. However, the MS Gulf Coast offers a variety of different cultural, environmental, and social experiences that you won’t want to miss! Plus, the annual Cruisin’ the Coast event begins October 6, so if you love antique, classic, and hot rod vehicles (as well as many other unique and vintage cars), you will likely see your fill as cruisers come in early to prepare for the event. When choosing your participation format, please consider the following:

  • Choosing the hybrid format is a risk individuals take. SASTE will not provide a refund if the internet connection is interrupted.
  • Conference fees will be the same for virtual and in-person attendees to support increased technology needs for the hybrid model.
  • Virtual presentations will ONLY be available for live synchronous presentations. We will not accept or allow pre-recorded video presentations.

Submit proposals here, due August 15, 2024.
