Bio/Personal Statement

Dr. Gossen is an Assistant Professor of Science Education at the University of South Alabama, where he teaches courses in science methods. Dr. Gossen's research interests include STEM learning experiences and their effect on students' self-efficacy, interests, and learning of STEM subjects, the development of science teachers' conceptual understanding and pedagogical skills, and STEM learning outside of school.
