Bio/Personal Statement

Three keywords of myself are educator, researcher, and creator. My focus is on the changes and dynamics of the learning environments. I always ask questions "In what conditions do students learn best?" "What support do teachers need to improve their teaching practices?" So far, I enjoy working in a team where social interactions motivate and inspire me.
